The Future Generations Board is committed to helping Rabobank succeed in its mission of Growing a Better World Together by amplifying fresh perspectives and fostering meaningful conversations about the future.
Building on the success of the Net Positive Dinner, The Future Table creates a space where colleagues from different backgrounds and generations can come together to share experiences, exchange ideas, and reflect on the opportunities and trade-offs facing our bank.
We are looking for engaged and forward-thinking colleagues who are eager to contribute to this conversation. Whether you're passionate about innovation, sustainability, leadership, or the future of our organization, your perspective matters.

The evening will take place in an informal and interactive setting. Through short conversation prompts between courses, participants will be encouraged to listen, share, and learn from one another in an open and respectful environment. A detailed agenda will be shared closer to the event.
